Beautiful British Columbia

There are a number of small towns and attractions worth visiting within a two hour drive. These include: Trail, Nelson, Whitewater Ski Resort, Kaslo, Creston, Ainsworth Hotsprings, Christina Lake, the Slocan Valley, and Greenwood. Spokane, Washington is a 2.5 hour drive from here and is the closest international airport. Trail and Castlegar both boast regional airports about 30 minutes away. Kelowna is the nearest Canadian international airport and is 3.5 hours away.

Do the 7-8 hour drive from Vancouver, Calgary, or Seattle and feel like you’ve truly escaped the big city (trust us, we did it!).
